If you are using the Sonic Port VX with a Windows computer, first make sure and download the Sonic Port Windows Drivers from our software page HERE before you connect the Sonic Port to your computer. If you are using the Sonic Port VX with MAC OS X 10.9 or above computer you will not need to install any drivers.
